List your home

Pat and Elspeth will carry you through the necessary steps of the listing process. They will collect all pertinent information, answer any questions, and offer suggestions that will help make the listing of your home a successful experience. They will also:

    At this point you have agreed to the terms of sale, but there are usually conditions that need to be met before the deal can close. Pat and Elspeth will work co-operatively, with all interested parties, to ensure that conditions are waived, and that your deal closes, without any glitches.
