Offer and Negotiation
This is usually considered to be the apex of the sale process. While there is a lot more involved in the sale of a home, the success of a deal is always hinged on the degree of professionalism of your agent.
Elspeth and Pat are solid negotiators with a good reputation. During negotiations, they will foster a positive, relaxed atmosphere and they will never compromise the clients' interests. They understand the importance of remaining emotionally detached and objective. In short, their committment is always to the client, not the deal. |

Sold
At this point you have agreed to the terms of sale, but there are usually conditions that need to be met before the deal can close. Pat and Elspeth will work co-operatively, with all interested parties, to ensure that conditions are waived, and that your deal closes, without any glitches.
They will also discuss:
- Closing Costs & Procedures
- Selecting a good lawyer
- Anticipating legal fees, disbursements, and adjustment costs.
- Getting an updated survey, (if required).
- Relocation services and costs.
