The Current Market Analysis (CMA) is one of the most important steps to ensuring that you get the best price for your home. This assessment is a detailed evaluation of your home in comparison to other similar properties, and it will give you important information; such as, how much you can expect to get for your home and how long your property will likely spend on the market. It will also give you information about the competition; how does your home compare to others?
